Erin + Blake [Coralville and Marengo, IA Engagement Photography]

Erin and Blake are planning an August 2014 wedding at Celebration Farm's Timber Frame barn, after getting engaged this past July. These two met at work, and since they began hanging out as friends first, they can't officially agree on when they began dating. Erin wanted to take photos at Quinton's in Coralville, where they often went while they were dating, and still frequent. The second part of the plan was based a bit around the movie "Up" as Blake's (and Erin's future) last name is the same as the couple in the movie. I loved this session, meeting Dexter and Rocky, getting to know Erin and Blake a bit better, and hanging out at the farm owned by Blake's family.

Erin and Blake - it was so much fun hanging out with you guys, I wish you the best at your wedding next summer!! I hope you like this sneak peek...

My absolute fave from the session!

Hallie + Andrew [Solon, IA Celebration Barn Wedding]

Hallie and Andrew were married at the gorgeous Celebration Barn on Dick Schwab's property, unique in the fact that few weddings are held there since Celebration Farm opened. This property is gorgeous, and the stone arch overlooking the pond was the perfect setting for Hallie and Andrew's wedding on September 14th.

The day was gorgeous, a perfect September day, and began at the Marriott in Coralville where the guys and girls were getting ready and Hallie and Andrew had their first look. The ceremony was stunning, and even their pup Remi got involved as the ringbearer (and he did a fabulous job!). Hallie is so creative, she had so many special touches throughout their wedding, and it made photographing it extra fun! Not to mention they looked absolutely stunning, but I think that's a given. ;)

Hallie and Andrew - Thank you so much for choosing us to be a part of your day. It was so beautiful, I feel lucky to have been a part of it. I hope you have a great rest of your honeymoon, enjoy the sneak peek! Congratulations again!!

All of the couples that get married at the barn, are given the opportunity to sign the wall. Love that! hallieandrew-blog-82
