Updated Availability

I'm working on getting my new website up and running (can't wait for you all to see!) so I wanted to post this here for the time being. Rachel and Matt [Iowa City Engagement]

Growing up, she was sometimes my best friend and other times my worst enemy. I cut her hair (what? She had an annoying cowlick that I just had to get rid of), styled her in the height of 80's fashion (sorry), and spent endless hours playing Barbies in the basement (it always took us nearly two days just to set up Barbie's house). My sister Rachel has been in my life, well, since forever (or at least as long as I can remember, I was 3 when she was born) and now she's getting married. I am so thrilled for her and her fiance Matt, who already seems like one of the family but next fall will have the official title of brother-in-law.

It's always hard to narrow down photos for a blog post, but I felt this one was especially difficult because I love all of the images so much. I hope you enjoy them as well...








As you can see by this series of photos, my sister has a bit of a goofy side, which is one of my favorite things about her.

Myelle [1 Year]

I first met Myelle and her parents Lindsay and Adam this spring, and we've gotten to be good friends over the past few months. Myelle is turning 1 soon and so we commemorated the occasion with a photo session. This little lady is on the move, big time, but I still managed to capture her sweet little smile and those big beautiful eyes.



Such an adorable family! I just love these guys.
