The C Family [Iowa City, IA Family and Child Photography]

I met the C Family on a GORGEOUS evening last Wednesday night, and I had a blast hanging out with them! A beautiful family + amazing light - what more could I have asked for?! Tehya and Evie were adorable, and I have a ton of favorites but I think the one where Tehya snuggled her little sister is one of my faves (and she did that all on her own, she's just that good!). Cyrus [Odebolt, IA Newborn and Family Photography]

This handsome little guy is my newest nephew and I made the trek over to see him when he was about a week and a half old. I was dying over his mohawk, it reminded me of when my sister (his mom) Bri was a baby and she had a ton of hair that stuck straight up. It was so much fun hanging out with big sister Bristol and her new little buddy. I hope you enjoy this sneak peek!

Jess + Neva [Coralville, IA Family and Pet Photography]

I had a wonderful time photographing Jess and Neva, and their puppies Cruise and Dixie. Dogs have such a special place in my heart, and I love when couples include their furry kids in their sessions. Cruise had a great time rolling around in the grass, so much so that he ended up with a back full of grass stains after. I loved them both, but seriously wanted to steal Dixie - what a cutie. I also talked Jess and Neva into doing a few photos just the two of them, and I'm so glad I did as they are some of my favorites. Enjoy the sneak peek!

Emily + Andrew [Cedar Rapids, IA Wedding Photography]

Emily and Andrew were married on May 30th, on an overcast and slightly windy day in Cedar Rapids. Despite the gray day, these two had an absolutely beautiful wedding, surrounded by their family and friends. The decor was right up my alley with the navy and white stripes, and accented with pops of yellow.

My favorite thing about Emily and Andrew is how incredibly sweet and kind they are, and judging by the hilarious toasts their friends and family gave, they love to laugh and have a ton of fun together. I wish these guys the best, and want to thank them again for choosing us to document their day.
