Let me start this post by saying if wildflowers and puppies are wrong, I don't want to be right! I don't think anything could have made this session better to be honest - oh wait, add in a gorgeous mama to be and her awesome hubby! Lindsay and Drew are expecting their first little one - a baby girl - in early September. This session was fun for me as I've been dying to do a wildflower shoot ever since last summer when I discovered this amazing location! I had a blast photographing these two, and can't wait to meet their baby very soon at her newborn session!

Paula + Pablo [Iowa City, IA Maternity Photography]

Paula and Pablo, along with their two adorable pups are expecting the arrival of their first little girl very soon! These two were so much fun to photograph, and you can't even tell it was a thousand degrees and we were swatting away bugs between takes! Also, how gorgeous is Paula? I just love how Pablo knew just what to do to make her laugh and feel comfortable at the session!

Cheryl + Tyler [Coralville, IA Maternity Photography]

Cheryl and Tyler are expecting a baby boy in June, their first (unless you count their cat, Charlie...)! I truly couldn't be happier for these guys! I met them when they hired me to shoot their 2014 wedding, and after running into them one day after their engagement session we made plans to hang out and became fast friends. I have so many fun memories with these two, and I'm so glad they are in my life. I know they will be amazing parents, and I can't wait to meet their little guy very soon! The S Family [Iowa City Maternity and Newborn Photography]

This was one of my favorite maternity sessions from last year - Neera was positively glowing and that dress - so perfect!! We had a gorgeous day out at one of my favorite spots, Lake MacBride. When they had little Aavya, she was as perfect as could be and I was so inspired by the amazing printed textiles they had from India to use as backgrounds.
