Abby + Travis [Iowa City, IA University Club Wedding]

Abby and Travis were married on a nearly perfect May day...we only ran into a bit of rain (or the guys did at least!) during the getting ready portion over in Coralville. The ladies stayed dry in Iowa City, which worked out perfectly because they planned on walking to the historic Trinity Episcopal Church.

Kind of a funny story for the day, I forgot that Abby had mentioned that Travis had a twin brother... who just happened to be in the hotel lobby while we were taking some photos of the girls (before the first look). I was having a bit of a freak out moment, wondering why no one else seemed to be making a big deal about the groom seeing her before the scheduled first look when it dawned on me. I may have had a mini panic attack!

These two had a beautiful ceremony, and a fantastic reception full of toasts, laughter, and dancing. It was such an honor to be chosen to document their day! I hope you enjoy this sneak peek.

Avyan [Naperville Lifestyle Newborn Photography]

This little peanut was a perfect model for his session, and what a handsome guy!! Big brothers Louis and Bob kept a close watch, and how amazing does Kim look just a couple weeks after having Avyan? I had so much fun hanging out with this family and I hope you enjoy this sneak peek!

March [Iowa City, IA Fresh 48 and Lifestyle Newborn Photographer]

I've been a terrible blogger you guys! I have so many cute sessions to show you, and life has gotten a little crazy (see previous post) so my priority was getting my clients their galleries vs keeping up on social media. So, prepare for a bunch of sessions to be popping up on here from the past couple months.

March (don't you just love that name?!) joined the world a couple of months ago, joining two adorable big brothers Julian and Rivers. You guys have seen this family on the blog before, and I always have the best time photographing them. I'll be sad when they move to Madison later this summer, but that just means I'll have to do some traveling, right? :)

We did both a fresh 48 session the day after March was born, and then his newborn session a week or so later. Here are some of my favorites from both!
