Ryker [North Liberty, IA Newborn Life Cycle Photography]

You may remember Kristen and Travis from their maternity session this past June, these two are adorable together, and I was so excited to meet Ryker. His newborn session took place on September 13th (Lucky 13?) and he was a perfect model!! We got a great combination of awake and asleep photos, and of course had to include Will (a sweet border terrier, who I totally wanted to take home with me).

The H Family [North Liberty, IA Family Photography]

I was so excited when Maria contacted me about doing a session for her family again this year, as Elizabeth and Pete are a ton of fun and I had a great time photographing them last fall (despite the chilly weather we had for their session!). This year they ended up with the opposite, muggy and hot, but were just as much fun as last time. I absolutely adore their pup Harry as well, and I spent the hour laughing and enjoying myself immensely. I even came away with a new joke courtesy of Greg and Pete. ;)

Maria, Greg, Elizabeth, and Pete - it is always wonderful to see your family! You guys are the best, and I am thankful to have you as clients. I hope you enjoy the preview!

Zeke [Coralville, IA Life Cycle Newborn Photography]

Baby Zeke was born on August 15th (my birthday! That's the second newborn I've had the opportunity to photograph with my same birthdate!) and I had the opportunity to meet him and his parents Stefanie and Jarrod, along with their sweet clan of pets (2 cats and the sweetest dog ever, Breckenridge) on September 9th.

Baby Zeke (full name: Ezekiel) was a fantastic little model, and I had a wonderful time hanging out with him and his family at their Coralville home. I can't tell you how lucky I feel that I get to do this as a job, it doesn't seem like work at all!

Stefanie and Jarrod - thank you so much for trusting me to photograph your family during such a special time in your lives. Congratulations again on the birth of Zeke, he is perfect. I hope you like this sneak peek!
