Jenny + Pedro [Newton, IA Sugar Grove Winery Wedding Photography]

Jenny and Pedro were married on a gorgeous August day at the Sugar Grove winery in Newton. The day began with Jenny getting ready at her grandparent's home, followed by a fantastic ceremony officiated by her brother. The entire day had an intimate feel, and every portion of the day was personalized to be perfect for Jenny and Pedro.

My favorite thing about Jenny and Pedro is how they love to laugh together! It's easy to see how in love they are, but also how much they really just enjoy one another's company. It was a joy to photograph their day, and here are some of my favorite images...

Ericka + Rovon [Coralville, IA North Ridge Pavilion Wedding Photography]

Ericka and Rovon had a beautiful wedding at the North Ridge Pavilion on July 3rd, surrounded by their family and friends. Their ceremony was wonderfully done by Scherie Gates, who is an amazing officiant in the Iowa City area, and the red and white affair was planned by the talented Amanda Young from Memories in the Making Event Planning & Design, in collaboration with the bride.

I met the couple awhile ago at Reds Alehouse, which is where they met as well, and it was such an honor to photograph their wedding! I just love these two, and they have never looked happier than they did on their wedding day. Ericka was such a gorgeous bride, and Rovon was so handsome (I usually only see him in Michigan shirts). Drake: 1 Year [Coralville, IA Child Photography]

My nephew Drake turned one back in April and we did a little photoshoot to document this milestone in his life! We just did a quick mini session, but I love how his little shy, sweet, smiley personality showed through. This guy is such a light in my life, I am so glad he lives close to me! Love you Big Guy!
