Erica + Alex [Pompano Beach, FL Family Photography]

Erica is one of the best people I know, and I just adore her son Alex too. These two are hilarious, and I was so thrilled to travel down to Florida while they were on vacation to work on a book project with Erica and her friend Tiffney. While I was there, I took photos of Erica and her son on the beach. So gorgeous!! I wish I could do this all the time...who doesn't love the ocean?

I met Erica (who is a fabulous massage therapist and is also trained in Reiki - http://www.inspiritheals.com) at the most perfect time in early 2014. I was going through a rough transition period in my life, and she became a great friend of mine throughout that time. I'm so grateful to know her, and lucky to have such amazing clients as friends!!

Rena + Jeff [Iowa City, IA Maternity Photography]

The C Family [Iowa City, IA Family and Child Photography]

I met the C Family on a GORGEOUS evening last Wednesday night, and I had a blast hanging out with them! A beautiful family + amazing light - what more could I have asked for?! Tehya and Evie were adorable, and I have a ton of favorites but I think the one where Tehya snuggled her little sister is one of my faves (and she did that all on her own, she's just that good!).
