The L Family [Plainfield, IL Family and Child Photographer]

This is only the second time I've done photos at Wilson's Orchard, and I just adore it!! I did two sessions while I was in Iowa City this weekend, and it was such a great spot with tons of little areas to take photos.

Ciarra and John won Tru Salon's giveaway of a family session with me this past spring, and it had been awhile since I had them in front of my camera so I was super excited! Porter and Sloane are some of the cutest kiddos ever, am I right?! We had a great time wandering around the orchard grounds and got some really adorable shots - how cute is the one of Sloane picking the petals off of that flower? Ahh! All the heart eyes, for real.

The B Family [Iowa City, IA Family and Child Photographer]

I just got back from Iowa and had so many amazing sessions, starting with the B family on a beautiful fall night. How great is this color scheme?? Alex and TJ have a gorgeous family, and the boys did so great (this was the first time I've photographed them as a family!). We had fun wandering around the beach at Palisades Park and I couldn't have asked for a better session!

Do you prefer the more candid, interactive images or something more posed? My lifestyle loving heart is always on board for some snuggles and belly laughs!

William + Adeline [Naperville Child Photographer]

These fraternal twins, William and Adeline were so much fun at their spring mini session, and I get to see these cuties again next month for a family session (cue the confetti/happy dancing)! I may have to perfect my dinosaur sounds (ok, really they were dinosaur burps...which was a cross between a roar and a fake burp?!) which William really loved last time, probably because they are so ridiculous and honestly I would probably be super embarrassed if I saw a video of me doing this. Ha! Anything for a smile, right?
