Kathryn + Brian [Ames, IA Family Photography]

Kathryn and Brian are one of my wedding couples from 2011, where they were married in a beautiful garden ceremony in Kathryn's parents' backyard. Fast forward 2 years and they are celebrating an anniversary, have added Kahn (a sweet pit bull) to their family of 3 (Haven has been in the picture for awhile!). I really adore these two, they are so kind and it's always fun to spend time with past brides and grooms!!

We started the session out at their home, outside of Ames, and then ventured to a gorgeous park near their house. After an entire day of rain, we ended up with an absolutely perfect evening for photos, so we were very thankful for that!!
