I've known Stacy and her husband Matt (along with their maltese Mocha) for awhile now, after meeting Stacy at a neighborhood get together and realizing we knew several people in common. Since then, Einstein and Mocha have become great friends and so have we. I'm so excited about their little baby girl arriving in June, I know that Stacy will be an amazing mom and that little girl will have Matt wrapped around her finger in no time (of course, he'll make a great dad too!!).

The nursery for baby girl is being done in lavender, so when I saw this crown I knew it would be perfect for their session (as well as newborn photos!).
Mocha is the sweetest puppy on the planet and my favorite thing about her is that she always smells like clean laundry!

You might remember Melissa and Dave from their maternity session we did back on a gorgeous day in March. They weren't finding out the sex of their baby until the birth, so I was anxiously awaiting an update once the baby was born (along with their family and friends, I'm sure!)! Sweet baby Max was born on April 25th, just slightly ahead of his due date.
We got together at Melissa and Dave's home for the newborn session this past Saturday and it was wonderful to see their little family's new addition. As always, it was so difficult to narrow these down for the blog! I found myself drawn to the more lifestyle type shots, how can you resist the looks these two give their precious little boy? Melissa and Dave met playing volleyball, and wanted to incorporate some shots with Max and the volleyball. I just love this one.
