The R Family [Shorewood, IL Maternity and Family Photography]

This session was so much fun you guys! Katie Jo and Tyler are expecting baby #3 in May, and so we documented this milestone with a maternity session on one of the few warm(ish) days we've had so far this year. Katie Jo is absolutely glowing!! I know that so much gets said about that beautiful golden light that appears in the fall, but there's also something to be said about that cool pink toned spring light that I just love!!

We may not have had green grass and lush trees, but that just allowed this gorgeous mom to be and her adorable family to shine. I mean, how cute are Penelope and Elliot? I can't say it enough - this session was a blast, and just reminds me how lucky I am to do this as a job. Somebody pinch me!
