After portraits, they launched into cocktail hour which was enhanced by music from Sortin' The Mail, followed by the most insanely delicious tacos that I've EVER had, and then an open mic hour. This was AWESOME you guys! It started off with Alex and Ginny singing "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" which of course, they crushed. It was just such a cool way to start off an hour of people sharing musically (they have some seriously talented friends!) and toasts. After that, the Otis Redding & James Brown cover band rocked the barn. Honestly, it was such a gorgeous, awesome day - I wish I could go back and photograph it all again! It was such an honor to document the love these two ladies have for each other.
Alex + Ginny [Emily's Ten Oaks Ranch, Madison Wisconsin Intimate Wedding Photographer]
Where do I even begin with these two? Alex and Ginny's intimate Emily's Ten Oaks Ranch wedding was amazing! It was intimate, personal, and really showcased the most important thing on a wedding day - love and relationships. The day started off with an intimate ceremony with all of their closest friends and family, followed by portrait time around Emily's Ten Oaks Ranch where they have horses, goats, pot bellied pigs, a buffalo, and...KANGAROOS. (Guys, I did not know how insane I was about kangaroos, but you learn something new everyday right?!)
