Ryker: 1 Year [North Liberty, IA Child and Family Photography]

I can't believe this little guy is nearly one already! It seems like just yesterday that I was photographing his newborn session. They say time flies, and I'm sure Kristen and Travis would agree. It's so fun seeing my newborn clients a year later - just one of the reasons this job is the best.

This little cutie was so great at his session, and I cannot get over those blue eyes! I think my favorite is the one of him showing us all how big he is, though he is such an adorable little guy, it's hard to choose just one!

Jessie + Andrew [North Liberty, IA Maternity Photography]

I am pretty sure I've said it before, but I'll say it again - I love photographing maternity sessions (and lifestyle newborn). I love how excited and happy the parents are, and it's true that a pregnant woman just glows.

Jessie and Andrew are expecting their first little one in October, and I had a wonderful maternity session with them out at the lake. Jessie is from Minnesota, so she wanted something near the water, and these two had a beautiful night for their session. I loved the field of black eyed susans, in fact, we just pulled off the road to stop and grab some shots there and I'm so glad we did!

Mandy + Ben: Coelle Practice Session [Cedar Rapids, IA Engagement Photography]

This was Coelle's last practice session before baby, and we had such a great time photographing Mandy and Ben, who are actually getting married this October (congrats to them!). Coelle did a great job and we had a beautiful evening for photos in the NewBo District. Love that place!
