Shannon and Kameron were married last Saturday, October 1st on one of the most beautiful, perfect fall days we've had this year. It was certainly the most beautiful weather I've ever had for a wedding!
We started out the day at Shannon's parents' house, where they had tons of great spots to take detail photos. Not only was her dress incredible, but all of her accessories were perfection as well. I also loved the bridesmaids dresses and accessories, Shannon really outdid herself with all the pretty little details!
Shannon catching a glimpse of herself as a bride for the first time.
Once the girls were ready, we headed to the Danforth Chapel and took photos of Shannon and the girls. Kam's dad brought this amazing vintage car which was incredible for photos (not to mention a cool getaway!). Shannon and Kam chose not to see each other before the ceremony, so we started out with photographing the girls and then hid them away when the guys arrived.
Once the girls got tucked away (just in time!), the boys arrived. Kam's dad helped him with his tie as he finished getting ready at the church.
Instead of a unity candle, Kam's dad made this wine box and Shannon's father chose the wine inside. Shannon and Kam both locked the box and promised to open it and share the wine on their 5 year wedding anniversary. Such a cool and meaningful touch, and something I'd never seen before.
Although I love SO many that it's hard to choose, I think this is my favorite photo of the day.
After taking some photos, the bridal party headed to the reception at the University Athletic Club. Shannon's brother made this cake, and it looked delicious!
Continuing with the theme of personal, unique touches - Shannon's friend and bridesmaid Kit sang their first dance song, making it particularly special.
Congratulations to Shannon and Kameron! I hope you liked the preview and I wish you many years of happiness together.

I liked the "Just Hitched" on the back of the car, it made it a little different. And I just heard of a wine box today and still had no clue what it was, so I learned something new today.
